Role Overview
This role sits at the center of a fast-growing integrations ecosystem, responsible for building and scaling strategic partnerships with technology vendors that customers rely on every day.
What You Will Do
Own and evolve the integration partner program, collaborate with product and engineering teams, drive adoption of integration APIs, manage partner segmentation, and oversee contracting and procurement workflows.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience managing strategic technical partnerships, platform ecosystems, or integration-focused partner programs in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of building and scaling integration partnerships with measurable business and product impact
- Strong ability to define and track partner success metrics, including ROI, tiering models, and engagement KPIs
- Experience working across product, engineering, legal, procurement, and GTM teams in complex cross-functional environments
- Comfortable with technical concepts such as APIs, schemas, authentication, and integration architectures
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external partners
- Highly organized, outcome-oriented approach to managing multiple partners, priorities, and workflows simultaneously
- Ability to navigate fast-paced environments and drive clarity across ambiguous or evolving integration requirements
