Role Overview
This is a high-impact, revenue-focused growth marketing role responsible for driving and optimizing global pipeline generation programs across inbound and outbound motions. What You Will Do
Own and optimize the performance of global pipeline generation partners, establish and manage operating cadences, drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation programs, and analyze funnel performance across segments, campaigns, and channels.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, or GTM operations roles
- Proven experience driving pipeline generation outcomes, not just activity-based performance metrics
- Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, ABM, nurture, and sales handoff motions
- Experience working closely with Sales teams on account strategy, messaging, and pipeline expectations
- Strong analytical skills with experience working in funnel metrics, conversion data, and CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as marketing automation platforms, sales engagement tools, intent data providers, or enrichment tools
- Demonstrated ability to run experiments, iterate quickly, and apply data-driven insights to improve conversion rates
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to create clear performance reports, campaign briefs, and stakeholder updates
- High ownership mindset with strong operational discipline and accountability across internal and external teams
