This role serves as a key operational partner for marketing campaign initiatives, helping turn strategies into well-executed, measurable programs.

You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to define campaign objectives, timelines, and execution plans, and build, test, and launch sophisticated campaigns across marketing platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, project management, or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on experience building complex and automated campaign programs from inception through completion.
• Experience with lead nurturing, customer lifecycle programs, audience segmentation, and workflow automation.
• At least 2 years of experience using Marketo.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Jira, Airtable, or Asana.
• Relevant certifications, such as Marketo Certified Expert, are a plus.
