Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical aesthetics sales
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing remote or geographically distributed teams
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian medical aesthetics market, including injectables and physician-dispensed skincare
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and scale high-performing sales teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field (MBA is an asset)
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset
