Role Overview
This role serves as a central operational pillar within a mission-driven People & Culture function, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle. It combines hands-on HR operations with employee relations support, benefits administration, and systems management in a fully remote, unionized environment.
What You Will Do
Manage day-to-day HR operations, serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, administer benefits programs, oversee HRIS data integrity, manage recruitment operations, and maintain HR policies.

Benefits
- Salary range of $75,000 – $89,999
