Role Overview
This role is a field-based commercial position focused on driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships within the poultry production industry. You will manage a defined territory, developing business opportunities for litter amendment products while ensuring strong technical support to customers.
What You Will Do
Manage an assigned territory by developing and expanding sales of litter amendment products across the U.S. poultry market. Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, growers, applicators, and other key customers to understand needs and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in poultry production, agricultural sales, or related technical sales/marketing roles
- Strong understanding of poultry production systems and customer operations within the industry
- Proven sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in a territory management environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in business tools such as SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50–70% across the assigned region
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently
