What You Will Do
Define and evolve product positioning and messaging strategies, lead end-to-end go-to-market initiatives, partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Data teams, leverage analytics to identify growth opportunities, and design and implement AI-driven approaches.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, strategy, consulting, finance, sales, or related fields with increasing responsibility and ownership
- Proven experience within financial services, fintech, payments, or closely related industries
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong track record of owning business outcomes and driving measurable growth in technology or high-growth organizations
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives
- Advanced analytical capabilities with experience leveraging customer research, market intelligence, and business performance metrics to inform strategy
- Experience using data tools such as SQL, Looker, or similar analytics platforms
- Practical experience applying AI tools and technologies to improve go-to-market execution, customer insights, or strategic decision-making
- Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to anticipate market needs and translate insights into long-term growth strategies
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, establish direction, and create alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders
