Role Overview
This is a high-impact commercial leadership role responsible for building and leading a regional sales organization focused on launching and scaling an innovative mental health therapy. The role combines strategic execution, team leadership, and deep stakeholder engagement across complex clinical environments.
What You Will Do
You will recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing specialty sales team while driving accountability and execution excellence across the region. You will collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and cross-functional launch teams to ensure field readiness and successful adoption.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8–10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
- 5+ years of first-line sales leadership experience managing field-based teams.
- Proven success in launching specialty, neuroscience, or psychiatry-focused therapies.
- Experience working within CNS, behavioral health, or psychiatry markets strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with complex launch environments, including therapies requiring site certification, REMS programs, or specialized administration models.
- Experience engaging with IDNs, academic medical centers, and specialty treatment sites.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of building high-performing sales organizations.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable field strategies.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and highly regulated environments.
