Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional who thrives at the intersection of marketing execution and sales development. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline growth through strategic outbound campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and early-stage lead qualification.
What You Will Do
Develop, execute, and optimize outbound marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels to generate qualified sales opportunities. Conduct discovery and qualification calls with inbound and outbound prospects, identifying customer needs and assessing sales readiness.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with hands-on involvement in campaign planning and execution.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar lead generation roles.
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns using platforms such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, Marketo, or comparable tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence conducting customer-facing qualification conversations.
- Understanding of industrial, technical, manufacturing, or technology-focused markets, or the ability to quickly develop industry expertise.
- Experience balancing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on pipeline generation, lead conversion, and business impact.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally as required (approximately 25% travel).
