Role Overview
This leadership role is focused on driving commercial sales performance across a defined U.S. district, overseeing enterprise and complex named accounts within a high-growth, cyber-resilience technology environment.
What You Will Do
Lead district-level sales strategy, develop and execute go-to-market plans, manage and grow third-party alliances and partner relationships, coach and develop a team of sales representatives, and oversee customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software sales leadership or sales management within enterprise technology environments
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex, multi-account sales territories
- Strong technical understanding of software, infrastructure, or data protection solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex named accounts in competitive markets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; additional certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC or similar) is highly desirable
