Role Overview
This is a high-impact commercial leadership role focused on driving end-to-end B2B sales within the analytics and IT services space. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting qualified leads into long-term clients, while shaping the overall business development strategy in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
What You Will Do
Drive end-to-end sales ownership, develop tailored client solutions, respond to RFPs and RFIs, identify and generate new business opportunities, manage stakeholder coordination, and represent the organization at conferences and industry events.

Requirements
- MBA from a reputed institution (IIM or other top-tier business school preferred)
- 5–7 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development within Analytics, IT Services, or ITES sectors
- Strong track record as a “hunter” sales professional with demonstrated success in closing high-value deals
- Excellent consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building capabilities across senior stakeholder levels
- Ability to independently identify new business opportunities and operate in uncharted or emerging markets
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized with strong ownership mindset
- Experience managing industry events, conferences, or trade shows is a strong advantage
- Exposure to data analytics or technical understanding of analytics solutions is preferred
