Role Overview
This is a high-impact institutional sales leadership role focused on shaping and scaling commercial growth across prediction markets, regulated derivatives, and digital asset products. You will operate at the frontier of evolving financial markets, engaging sophisticated institutional clients including hedge funds, prop trading firms, asset managers, and FCM-registered entities.
What You Will Do
Lead institutional sales efforts across prediction markets, event contracts, and regulated digital asset derivatives in the US market. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and deal closure.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or trading-related client coverage roles
- Strong background in regulated financial markets, including CME-listed products, derivatives, or FCM ecosystems
- Proven experience in digital assets, crypto trading platforms, or Web3 institutional sales environments (3+ years preferred)
- Existing active network across institutional investors such as hedge funds, prop trading firms, asset managers, and brokers
- Familiarity with prediction markets, event-driven derivatives, or tokenized real-world assets is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of US regulatory frameworks (CFTC, NFA, SEC-related considerations)
- Proven track record of revenue generation, client acquisition, and institutional relationship building
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial and derivatives concepts for senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-evolving market environments
