Role Overview
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding strategic partnerships and driving growth within the crypto and digital asset ecosystem. You will focus on building strong relationships with key opinion leaders, affiliates, trading communities, and industry partners across Eastern European markets. This role combines business development, market analysis, partnership management, and growth strategy to increase user engagement and commercial impact.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute business development strategies, identify and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, build and maintain strategic partnerships, create and implement growth initiatives, and conduct market research.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in affiliate development, business development, partnerships, or growth roles within the crypto, finance, trading, or technology sectors
- Strong understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, trading markets, financial products, and industry trends
- Experience building and managing partnerships with affiliates, influencers, communities, or high-value clients
- Fluency in English and Czech is required
- Knowledge of additional Eastern European languages is considered an advantage
