Senior Business Development Manager

Role Overview

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding strategic partnerships and driving growth within the crypto and digital asset ecosystem. You will work in a fast-paced international environment where innovation, collaboration, and ownership are highly valued.

Develop and execute business development strategies, identify and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, build and maintain strategic partnerships, and create and implement growth initiatives to increase user acquisition and trading activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in affiliate development, business development, partnerships, or growth roles within the crypto, finance, trading, or technology sectors
• Strong understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, trading markets, financial products, and industry trends
• Experience building and managing partnerships with affiliates, influencers, communities, or high-value clients
• Previous experience working with Czech and Slovak markets is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into strategic actions
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve and exceed business targets
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in an international environment
• Fluency in English and Czech is required
• Knowledge of additional Eastern European languages is considered an advantage
• Previous experience with crypto exchanges, trading platforms, CFD brokers, or blockchain companies is highly preferred
• Genuine interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and emerging financial technologies
