Role Overview
This is a high-impact role focused on leading end-to-end creator and UGC marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of creator partnerships, from sourcing and vetting talent to coordinating delivery and ensuring alignment with campaign briefs.
What You Will Do
Own and manage end-to-end execution of UGC and creator marketing campaigns, source, vet, and onboard creators, manage day-to-day communication with creators, coordinate with project managers and creative teams, guide and support UGC Coordinators, and oversee operational tasks.

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience in UGC, influencer marketing, or creator campaign management
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working with cross-functional and distributed teams in a remote setup
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and workflow systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with creators and internal stakeholders
