This role is a key growth driver within a high-impact North American marketing organization, responsible for shaping and executing demand generation strategies across commercial and mid-market segments.

You will own and scale demand generation efforts across the North American commercial and mid-market segments, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, regional marketing, or revenue marketing roles
  • Proven success supporting commercial or mid-market segments in North America
  • Experience designing and executing integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales teams and ability to align marketing with revenue goals
  • Hands-on experience across digital and lifecycle channels such as paid media, email, webinars, ABM, and nurture programs
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking and optimization
  • Excellent project management and communication skills in cross-functional environments
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced settings with shifting priorities and high accountability
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and attribution tools is highly valued
