Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation, regional marketing, or revenue marketing roles
- Proven success supporting commercial or mid-market segments in North America
- Experience designing and executing integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline
- Strong collaboration skills with sales teams and ability to align marketing with revenue goals
- Hands-on experience across digital and lifecycle channels such as paid media, email, webinars, ABM, and nurture programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking and optimization
- Excellent project management and communication skills in cross-functional environments
- Ability to operate in fast-paced settings with shifting priorities and high accountability
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and attribution tools is highly valued
