What You Will Do

Build and scale paid social acquisition channels, own and optimize Google Ads campaigns, design and execute structured experimentation frameworks, manage CRM campaigns and automation workflows, and oversee performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4, with experience using data to drive optimization decisions.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze or similar tools, as well as reporting tools like Looker Studio (or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a structured, test-and-learn approach to marketing optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment.
  • Understanding of the Australian digital marketing landscape is highly valued.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries is a plus but not mandatory, with awareness of compliance considerations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional, remote teams.
