Role Overview
This is a senior finance leadership position focused on owning the end-to-end revenue and billing operations within a SaaS subscription environment. You will lead a small team while working closely with Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and broader Finance stakeholders.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of all revenue streams from contract signature through billing, collection, and revenue recognition. You will lead the monthly revenue close process, manage the full order-to-cash cycle, and oversee billing operations and subscription revenue flows.

Requirements
- CPA designation
- 7–10 years of finance experience
- At least 3 years in revenue accounting, billing operations, or SaaS finance roles
- Strong expertise in subscription-based revenue models
- Solid understanding of accounting standards such as ASPE, IFRS 15, or ASC 606
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Experience with subscription billing platforms such as Recurly, Zuora, or equivalent
- Knowledge of indirect tax processes in a SaaS environment
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
