Role Overview
Lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of a sophisticated lifecycle marketing program that drives customer engagement, adoption, and long-term growth. Design scalable and data-driven experiences that move users through every stage of the funnel.
What You Will Do
Design, implement, and optimize always-on lifecycle marketing journeys, own and evolve the marketing automation architecture, transition lifecycle marketing programs from batch-based campaigns to automated, trigger-driven customer experiences.

Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and executing end-to-end lifecycle, CRM, or marketing automation programs
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, implementation, and optimization
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, marketing funnels, and conversion optimization strategies
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for audience segmentation, campaign activation, and performance measurement
- Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams in cross-functional environments
- Knowledge of email development, including HTML/CSS and dynamic content personalization techniques
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations
- Experience building scalable marketing automation frameworks and customer engagement programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
