Role Overview
This role is focused on driving growth within a portfolio of strategic State, Local, and Education (SLED) accounts in a fast-moving cybersecurity environment. The position blends consultative sales, customer success, and technical advisory responsibilities, requiring a strong ability to engage executive and technical stakeholders alike.
What You Will Do
Manage complex enterprise relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure customers realize continuous value from industry-leading cybersecurity solutions. Conduct quarterly business reviews and maintain structured engagement cadences with key accounts.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, strategic account management, or full-cycle enterprise sales
- Proven success selling into SLED (State, Local, Education) organizations
- Strong background in cybersecurity, IAM, or identity security solutions
- Experience managing revenue quotas tied to renewals, upsells, and account expansion
- Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and technical decision-makers
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, directories, identity architecture, access management)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and problem-solving ability
- Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (preferred)
