Role Overview
This is a high-impact, senior-level individual contributor role focused on shaping the intelligence layer of a fast-growing consumer marketplace platform. You will sit at the intersection of product strategy, data science, and engineering, driving decisions that directly influence matching quality, marketplace liquidity, and overall user experience.
What You Will Do
Design, build, and deploy advanced predictive and machine learning models to improve marketplace matching, liquidity, pricing, and user experience outcomes. Lead experimentation strategy end-to-end, including A/B testing design, causal inference methods, and analysis of network effects and spillover impacts.
Why It Might Be a Fit
8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a quantitative discipline, ideally within consumer tech, marketplace, or platform-based businesses. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or R), with experience building and deploying production-grade machine learning models.
