Staff Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

What You Will Do

Own product positioning and messaging, develop and refine the master sales narrative, build high-impact enablement assets, lead end-to-end product launches, and establish a scalable product marketing system.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product marketing experience in high-growth SaaS environments
• Proven track record of owning and executing full product launches end-to-end
• Strong experience collaborating closely with Product Management and Sales Enablement teams
• Ability to operate as a systems-builder who creates structure, processes, and scalable frameworks from scratch
• Excellent hands-on writing and storytelling skills
• Strong AI-native mindset, leveraging modern tools to improve speed, quality, and iteration of marketing output
• Disciplined prioritization skills
• High ownership mentality with strong self-direction and comfort operating without heavy guidance or predefined briefs
• Strong curiosity for customers and sales conversations, with a willingness to engage directly with the field
