What You Will Do
Oversee daily operations of the site, managing a team of 50+ workers to meet productivity and safety targets. Coordinate workforce scheduling to achieve 100% shift coverage and optimize labour costs.

Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years experience managing operations at multi-site or high-volume facilities.
- Proven ability to manage teams of 50+ workers effectively.
- Previous experience in service or operations management, ideally in a logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or third-party environment
- A strong track record in team leadership and workforce supervision
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop operational teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient IT skills, including working knowledge of Excel and Word
