Finance Manager – FP&A, EMEA

Role Overview

The Finance Manager – FP&A, EMEA is responsible for handling FP&A matters, including coordination with country finance operations, preparing HQ level reporting, and monitoring compliance with finance policies and procedures.

What You Will Do

The role involves preparing MEC activities, analyzing monthly cost trends, and reporting to management with appropriate reason for upside or downside. The Finance Manager will also assist with uploading work to HFM Essbase, prepare and report flash and outlook per timeline, and provide actual data vs plan vs last year report to different functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with accounting/finance major
• 8+ Years of relevant work experience
• Good command of English
• In-depth knowledge of Finance and Accounting
• Good SAP knowledge with hands-on experience using the ERP
• Good Excel and Hyperion Financial Management system/One stream
• Excellent interpersonal skills
