Role Overview
As Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals focused on delivering HVAC, Refrigeration, and Fire solutions to the naval sector. You will develop sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and ensure seamless project delivery from concept to completion.

Lead and coach a high-performing regional sales team, drive B2B sales strategy and execution in the naval sector, develop long-term relationships with shipbuilders, defence contractors, and government entities.
