Role Overview

Juniper Square’s Revenue Operations team is the operational backbone of our go-to-market motion. As our Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Fund Administration, you’ll serve as the dedicated Revenue Operations partner for our Fund Administration business.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary Revenue Operations partner for the Fund Administration business, ensuring alignment on priorities, strategies, and execution plans, and acting as the operational glue between Fund Administration and other departments.

We’re looking for someone with 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM/Business Operations role, with experience in fintech, SaaS, or a complex B2B enterprise sales motion.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM/Business Operations role
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a complex B2B enterprise sales motion
• Experience supporting Fund Administration, private markets, or another complex, services-driven revenue motion
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience
• Experience owning end-to-end renewal and/or expansion workflows
• Experience managing forecasting, pipeline reporting, and recurring GTM operating cadences
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data and reporting tools
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear processes, systems, and recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• AI fluency: you use AI tools like Claude to orchestrate multi-step workflows across two or more tools
