Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to qualify opportunities and actively prospect to supply the Jusbrasil Solutions commercial operation. You will be the first conversation the market has with us: identify the right companies, open doors with decision-makers, and transform curiosity into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
What You Will Do
Conduct the entire pre-sales funnel: from account research to pain diagnosis, qualifying the opportunity, and scheduling a meeting with the responsible salesperson for closing. Execute multi-channel cadences, conduct opportunity diagnosis, and qualify opportunities with method.

Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales (inside sales, pre-sales, or similar)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Profile driven by goals, organized, proactive, and resilient
- Ability to ask the right questions, listen to the client’s pain, and connect need to solution
- Data-driven mindset and process discipline
- Comfort with a construction environment and scale-up rhythm, with autonomy and a sense of ownership
