Role Overview
As a sales manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that your stores are 100% focused on sales and customers. You will achieve this through regular store visits, motivation, and best practice exchange between stores.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include regular store visits, coaching of your teams, implementing store concepts and routines, and continuously monitoring them. You will also develop and train your store managers in areas such as performance management and leadership.
