Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Physical Security Sales Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer success, someone who can bridge the gap between sales and delivery, bring clarity to complex solutions, and help customers reimagine what’s possible with both cloud-based and on-premise video, access control, and integrated security systems.
What You Will Do
Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, develop system designs, and create winning proposals that solve customer challenges. Perform site evaluations, system walkthroughs, and technology consultations to ensure each solution is technically sound and scalable.

Requirements
- Experience in sales engineering, system design, or technical account management within the physical security or low-voltage integration industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of video surveillance (VMS/NVR), access control, and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with leading platforms such as Avigilon Alta, Avigilon Unity, OpenEye, Salient, Axis, HID, Mercury, Software House, or similar.
- Strong communication skills, equally comfortable in the field, on a video call, or presenting to executives.
- A self-starter mindset, natural curiosity, and drive to make things happen.
