Senior Manager, People Operations

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, People Operations will own the operational excellence of Kargo’s People function, ensuring core processes are accurate, scalable, and delivered on time.

What You Will Do

Own the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of core People Operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job and compensation changes, payroll coordination, and employee data.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR / People Operations experience
• Experience operating in both structured environments and lean, fast-moving organizations
• Strong working knowledge of leave of absence and benefits administration
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling, Workday, ADP, or similar
• Strong experience partnering with Finance on payroll, compensation administration, employee data, headcount, or related financial processes
• Demonstrated experience managing or coaching team members while remaining actively involved in execution
• Proven ability to design and improve processes using technology and automation

Benefits

• U.S. Salary Range: $120,000—$140,000 USD
• Variable compensation — either the Kargo Sales Incentive Plan (sales roles) or an annual discretionary bonus (all other roles)
