AI Ops Engineer (Business Operations)

Role Overview

The AI Ops Engineer will build internal systems to help Kernel scale without adding unnecessary manual work, working across GTM, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations. They will define how an AI-native company operates, automate repetitive work, and turn company data into operational leverage.

What You Will Do

The engineer will automate prospecting, account research, meeting prep, and CRM hygiene, build internal tools and workflows, and put AI agents to work across Kernel. They will also help colleagues become confident AI users and document successful experiments.
