Role Overview
The Manager, Business Support leads complex projects and initiatives, partners with mid- to senior-level leaders, and provides strategic, data-driven guidance while coaching and developing others across the team.

Leads complex projects and initiatives from planning through implementation, prioritizes multiple workstreams, manages dependencies, and delivers against tight deadlines.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, and partnership marketing, ideally in finance, healthcare, HR tech, or employee benefits
- Experience in business support, enablement, program management, marketing, partner activation, and sales strategies, customer acquisition programs
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience leading the work of others or managing a small team
- Comfortable operating independently while collaborating across a matrixed organization
