Partner Account Manager

Role Overview

As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for building a long-term, deep, and mutually-beneficial relationship with Klaviyo’s marketing agency and systems integrator partners. You will leverage strong consultative skills to understand your partners’ business model and growth strategy so that you can identify ways Klaviyo can help them (and their clients) grow.

What You Will Do

You will manage relationships with Klaviyo partners, articulate the value of Klaviyo, differentiate Klaviyo from other solutions, manage business development opportunities (and co-selling) to/from your partners, drive co-marketing alongside the ecosystem marketing team, act as a thought leader in our space, and coach your partners on how to grow their business, including their profitability, with Klaviyo.

You will become a trusted advisor to the ~30 partner relationships you manage with key leaders & decision makers at these orgs + build relationships with those managing front line teams working with Klaviyo.

Requirements

  • partnerships, sales, or account management experience
  • 4-5 years of SaaS account management, channel and/or sales experience
  • AI fluency and responsible use of AI
  • ability to influence and relationship building
  • comfortable operating independently and presenting in large groups
