Role Overview

The People Operations Co-op will gain hands-on experience in HR operations while supporting employees and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

What You Will Do

The co-op will serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, assist with benefits administration, maintain accurate employee records, and collaborate with the team to improve HR processes.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate student graduating from May 2028-May 2029 with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
• Prior experience or coursework in HR or a related field is a plus
