Chief Business Officer – Growth, Revenue & Partnerships

Role Overview

As Chief Business Officer, you will shape the next development stage of our financing. You will develop new revenue models and unlock long-term financing perspectives together with politics, social security providers, and institutional partners. You will lead an experienced team in the areas of philanthropy, political representation, and communication, giving strategy and direction rather than doing everything yourself.

What You Will Do

You will develop offers for health insurance companies, white-label partnerships, and krisenchat academy. You will define business models, structure and negotiate deals, and bring them to revenue. You will set up multi-year financing plans that secure our offer structurally and steer them together with the team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in relevant roles
• Experience in building new business models, organizations, or revenue streams
• Ability to structure and negotiate complex deals
• Understanding of how ministries and health insurance companies work
• Ability to lead experienced colleagues with clarity and trust
• Ability to make informed decisions even when information is incomplete
