Role Overview

A pivotal leader responsible for driving sales growth and fostering a high-performing sales team. The role involves executing personnel and store sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets, while consistently upholding the company’s ethos of prioritizing people, optimizing processes, delivering exceptional products, and reinforcing the brand’s core values.

What You Will Do

Drive store and individual sales goals and performance, coach, train, and motivate the sales team, champion the La-Z-Boy selling process and in-home design program, recognize top talent, deliver an exceptional, branded customer experience, support sales events, promotions, and store operations, address customer concerns and help maintain a clean, professional showroom, partner with leadership to improve sales and operational results.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales or retail experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with strong business and financial understanding
• Retail sales management experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Must pass background and drug screening
