Role Overview

We are looking for a driven, resourceful, and collaborative Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in generating pipeline, building relationships, and representing Labviva in the market.

What You Will Do

Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across target accounts in the life sciences and biopharma sectors. Execute high-quality, customized outreach campaigns across multiple channels including email, phone, and LinkedIn.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role within life sciences, biopharma, or SaaS
  • Demonstrated success executing high-volume, personalized outreach across multiple channels
  • Experience attending and networking at industry trade shows and conferences
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in responsibly leveraging AI tools for custom outbound generation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • US citizen or permanent resident
  • Bachelor’s degree
