Financial Analyst – Corporate Finance (Healthcare)

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will work in the Corporate Finance team, providing financial analysis and modeling, and assisting in the planning of engagements. The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting and financial theory, and excellent communication skills.

The Financial Analyst will prepare and analyze financial information, create financial models, and conduct research on sectors and companies. They will also value companies, build relationships with clients, and supervise junior staff members.

Requirements

• Strong Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1 year of full-time investment banking experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Demonstrable experience in executing sell-side transactions
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of accounting and applied financial theory
• Excellent understanding of financial statements analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work cooperatively with team members
