Business Development Manager – Marketing Technology, Foundation Operations & Enablement

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager – Marketing Technology, Foundation Operations & Enablement is an integral part of Latham’s Business Development (BD) team. This role will be responsible for leading the strategy and implementation of the firm’s business intelligence and experience management platform, Foundation, while serving as the day-to-day Foundation administrator and subject matter expert.

What You Will Do

Managing system operations and performance, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with Technology to design and implement sustainable solutions. Leading end-to-end platform development, including configuration, taxonomy and field design, data mapping, integration planning, survey deployment, search views, reporting, and rollout strategies.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in data governance, taxonomy management, quality control, workflow design, documentation, and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, marketing, information systems, or a related field
• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant, progressively responsible experience in business intelligence, legal marketing or business development analytics, enterprise software administration, data management, or experience management systems
• Minimum of seven (7) years of cumulative experience
• Demonstrated experience deploying and supporting software, managing data processes and workflows, leading cross-functional initiatives, and communicating effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
