Role Overview

Legora is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to own their data platform end-to-end, from infrastructure to pipelines, and foundations. The role requires shaping the architecture, setting standards, and building a data platform designed to be fully operable by automated systems.

What You Will Do

Own the data platform, develop and maintain core data infrastructure, build and maintain data ingestion, drive reverse ETL, lead warehouse design, raise the DevEx bar, embed quality and security, and design for programmability.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a data engineering or data platform role
  • Strong hands-on experience with a modern cloud data platform (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, or similar)
  • dbt experience
  • Distributed systems and data movement at scale
  • Pipeline orchestration and managing infrastructure as code
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevEx
  • Ability to work across the full data flow
  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect platform work to business goals
