Product Ops – Monetization

Role Overview

Join the Product team to drive monetization and billing initiatives, and make product knowledge scale. Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

What You Will Do

Drive pricing and billing initiatives, make product knowledge scale, and move monetization projects forward. Priorities will evolve with business needs and engineering capacity.

Requirements

• Experience delivering cross-functional projects in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A track record of getting things done across teams
• Confidence with numbers and spreadsheets
• Enough technical fluency to discuss product behavior, billing logic, and edge cases with engineers
• Clear written and spoken communication
• Fluency in English and French
