Role Overview

Join Lendable’s Payments team to strengthen controls around daily loan funding and add capacity across payments and partner indemnity recovery. You’ll run daily pre-release checks on partner funding, reconcile payments, and document exceptions. You’ll also support day-to-day payment operations, prepare payment files for approval, and pick up Finance Help Desk tickets.

Requirements

• A degree (2:1 or above, or equivalent) in a STEM, finance, accounting, economics or other quantitative subject, completed within the last two years.
• Strong numeracy and comfort working with large volumes of transactional data.
• Strong attention to detail and healthy scepticism.
• Confident with Google Sheets or Excel, including lookups, filters and tidy, checkable working.
• Clear written communication.
• Confident dealing with external partners: obtaining documentation promptly and professionally, and politely pushing back where it is incomplete.
• Comfortable handling sensitive customer, partner and payment data responsibly.
