AI Business Enablement Manager

Role Overview

Drive the adoption of Lumen Chat and Generative AI across LGT by helping departments and employees apply AI effectively in their day-to-day work. Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions and presentations for different business areas.

What You Will Do

Support employees in identifying, shaping and testing practical GenAI use cases, create and curate educational materials, and contribute to internal learning and communication formats.

Requirements
