LifeLabs is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator to join its business development team, supporting both new and existing B2B clients and managing inbound sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Business or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, healthcare services, or a related environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal); French is an asset
- Excellent relationship-building and customer engagement skills
- Experience in inside sales, account coordination, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong business acumen with exposure to proposals, contracts, or service agreements
- Familiarity with diagnostic laboratory or healthcare environment is an asset
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
