We are seeking a commercially aware and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support governance, regulatory oversight, and performance improvement across our UK care home portfolio. This role will play a critical part in strengthening quality assurance frameworks, enhancing regulatory compliance, and providing Senior Leadership with clear, data-driven insight to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- develop and maintain regulatory and quality dashboards designed to identify regulatory & quality risks across a large UK care home portfolio
- Collect, process and analyze quality data and regulatory outcomes from care home operators and create and prepare reporting as needed
- Monitor key compliance metrics such as safeguarding, incidents, complaints, and clinical risk data
- Identify emerging risks and performance trends, conducting root cause and variance analysis as needed
- Provide clear, evidence-based insights and recommendations to Senior Leadership and stakeholders
