District Sales Manager

We are seeking a District Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and evaluating field performance, conducting annual performance appraisals, and ensuring administrative project activities are accurate, timely, and compliant. You will also have the opportunity to hire, train, and develop a sales team to promote product targeted physicians. You will have a competitive drive and exceptional sales ability, and will be empowered to succeed with the support, resources, and autonomy needed to thrive in this role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ Years Consumer Health / Pharmaceutical industry experience
• 2+ Years of Management experience, training or participation in management development program
