Role Overview
As Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day account activities and ensure the execution of tactical objectives are aligned with customer expectations and overall brand strategy. You will partner with the Project Manager and Planner to manage changes to project parameters that may affect timing, cost, or workload. You will build relationships with customer contacts and colleagues, providing value as source of information relative to tactical strategy, brand objectives, and business needs.
What You Will Do
You will assist in writing project briefs and securing signed copies from customer, orchestrate pre-kickoff meetings and initiation of new customer request, and manage budgetary needs of the customer in partnership with the Planner.

We are looking for a driven and endlessly curious individual with ~2+ years’ relevant customer experience in a pharmaceutical advertising agency. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and Veeva PromoMats and Adobe Profession experience are desired.
