Role Overview
The Production & Customer Success Manager will lead a small team and stay actively involved in daily production, connecting the work, people, and customers to deliver today while building a stronger operation for the future.

Coordinate production, staffing, schedules, materials, and customer priorities; work alongside the team; manage customer relationships and projects; ensure customer expectations are met.

Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or a comparable hands-on operation, with demonstrated ability to lead people and coordinate work.
- Experience managing projects and working directly with customers is especially valuable.
- You communicate clearly, organize competing priorities, and follow through on commitments.
- You can work respectfully and effectively with people with physical or intellectual disabilities and other barriers to employment.
