Role Overview

Lightcast is hiring a Data Scientist for its Global Workforce Intelligence team. The role combines data science, customer consulting, and project delivery. You’ll work with economists, data scientists, engineers, and the Insights team.

What You Will Do

Deliver customer consulting and internal innovation projects using research, analytics, and creativity. Develop or fine-tune models through reproducible experiments. Contribute to the technical design of AI agents, data solutions, including dashboards.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Experience or strong skills in data science, statistics, and machine learning. Good Python and SQL skills; experience with Snowflake or another cloud data warehouse is desirable.

Requirements

• Experience or strong skills in data science, statistics, and machine learning.
• Good Python and SQL skills; experience with Snowflake or another cloud data warehouse is desirable.
• Experience with dashboarding and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, including experience managing customers from project scoping through delivery.
• Fluent English; French, German, Italian, or Spanish is an advantage.
